Based on the energy efficiency grading assessment requirements of the chiller plant system, puts forward two system models with cooling load of 1 583 kW (450 rt) and 7 034 kW (2 000 rt). Defines the form of cold source system in the model and the selection principle of parameters affecting system energy efficiency in various equipment parameters of chillers, water pumps and cooling towers, which includes the requirements of the COP, water resistance, water temperature and type of chillers, the head and efficiency of water pumps, the energy efficiency, frequency conversion, cooling approach, variable flow rate of cooling towers, and so on, ensuring the reasonable establishment of the model.
